Honeycomb Product Range
The honeycomb structure used in producing the boards gets its strength from nature as hexagon is a basic natural shape and is every where in nature, in plants, animals and human cells. No other shape provides such an optimal cover. This has a high load bearing capacity shock and sound absorbent coupled with lightweight, recyclable, and totally biodegradable material.
Hexagonal shape of
inner core is similar to honeycomb constructed by bees. Compression
strength of the honeycomb board depends on cell size, thickness and
quality of paper. Smaller the cell size, smaller the thickness,
better the paper stronger the honeycomb. Relatively low weight to
high strength ratio. An average honeycomb flat pallet weighs between
4-7 kg where as wood pallets weigh 10-15 kg for a similar size.
